Established by Stuart Ward and his stylists, Scragg opened their doors in Cumbernauld Village in 1989, with the philosophy that the role of the stylist is not only to cut and style your hair, but also to give advice to ladies and gets on fresh ideas on all areas of haircare and colour. From hip fashionable looks to classic styling, Scragg prides itself on a quality of service that provides an enjoyable, relaxed experience with excellent results ensuring you will always come back for more.

Scragg has been given a five star award by the Good Salon Guide, the Good Salon Guide, hairdressing's answer to the famous hotel, restaurant and beer guides. In the same way as the AA or RAC guides, salons are independently assessed so you can make your choice with confidence. Salons are rated on a variety of criteria ranging from staff training and qualifications to Health & Safety, hygiene and customer service.
